Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which orders, subscriptions, pre-orders, and special purchase options may be canceled.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order prior to processing or shipment. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will instead be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

2. Subscriptions and Recurring Purchases

For products purchased through subscription or recurring purchase options, subscriptions may be canceled at any time through the customer’s account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date to avoid charges for the upcoming order. Once a subscription order has been billed or processed, it cannot be canceled. Certain subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term, and customers are responsible for canceling prior to renewal if they do not wish to continue. Subscription management links are provided in order confirmation emails. Refunds, where applicable, are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Orders placed under special promotions, flash sales, or discounted pricing may be final sale and non-cancellable, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Third-Party or Supplier-Fulfilled Orders

For orders fulfilled by third-party merchants or suppliers, cancellation eligibility is dependent upon the supplier’s fulfillment status. Orders that have already been processed or shipped by the supplier may not be eligible for cancellation. Any approved refunds will be issued in accordance with the supplier’s return and refund terms.

5. Refund Method

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe. Any non-refundable transaction or payment gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

6. Right to Refuse Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that are submitted after an order has been processed or shipped, appear abusive, fraudulent, or excessive in nature, or violate our Terms of Service.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are purchases made for products that are not yet available for immediate fulfillment. Payment may be collected in full, partially, or authorized at checkout. Pre-orders may be canceled prior to fulfillment. Once fulfilled, pre-orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy purchases, your payment method will be authorized prior to shipment. A designated trial period will be provided to determine whether you wish to keep the item. If the item is not returned within the trial period, your payment method will be charged for the full purchase amount.

9. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
